What is covered by the plam?
Your timepiece is backed by a comprehensive repair/replacement plan. 120 days from the original date of purchase/delivery. The only components covered are the hands, dial, and watch movement. If the timepiece proves to be defective in workmanship or materials under normal use, it will be repaired free of charge at the discretion of R. Burnett LLC.
Replacements are available, a standard deductible will apply. Paid by customer.
What is not covered?
The plan does not cover the following:
- Crown, case, strap, or battery.
- Any damage that results from unauthorized or improper service, accident, impact, negligence, or normal wear and tears.
- Water damage due to accident, improper use, or negligence.
How do I request a repair/replacement?
The watch service will require your original receipt as proof of purchase. A typical repair timeline is 30 days from the date of the approval of any repair. Deductible will apply if replaced.
